High Speed Tone Dialing:
The system allows
use of high speed tone Dialling which is being offered by MTNL/DOT
on their new electronic E-10B exchanges by use of the latest
DTMF technology.
Global Speed Dialling:
The system provides memory of 30 to 100 numbers through Abbreviated
Dialling of frequently used numbers. These are coded with 3
digits and stored in the exchange to dial whenever required.
Personal Speed Dialling:
The system allows 10 numbers
per extension as personal memory numbers. These frequently dialled
numbers can be coded with digits and stored in the exchanges
to dial whenever
required.
Day/ Night Mode Operation:
This feature allows calls to be received by the operator during
day time. During night mode the calls can be received by a different
set of programmed extensions.
Extension Transfer:
The call on the extension can be transfered to another / any
extension.
Extension Call Back:
If the called extn. is busy, this feature if used will inform
the calling extn. as soon as the called extn. is free.
Redial:
If the called No. (Extn. or P&T No.) is found busy or not
answering, simply hang up get dial tone again and press redial
key.
Pick Up:
If some other extn. is ringing and is unattended, other extns.
can attend this call by either direct call picking or indicative
call pick-up.
Call Forwarding:
If you are moving from your extension to some other extension
you can programme to get calls coming to your orginal extensions,
transfered to indicated extension automatically.
Follow Me:
This will help you set your calls following you at any other
extension you are available.
Line Hunting:
This function will search the line free for the user and will
reduce the load on any single line.
Line Queing:
If all available lines are busy this
feature will inform the user automatically when the line is
free
Do
Not Disturb:
This feature will allow the user to
dial out any number, but will disallow dialling in from other,
keeping the extn.undisturbed.
Barge
In:
In case of
emergency, if the called extension is found busy, this feature
will enable you to barge in to the conversation of the called
extension (with or without warning signal tone to him).
Privacy:
This feature
enables the user to be undisturbed
by any other extn. and will prohibit even barging in.
Hot
Line:
If a fixed communication between Extn.
to Extn. or Extn. to
line is desired, with this feature, just pick up handset and
start communication with Hot Line Station without dialling procedures.
Call
Park:
This feature can park a call so that
the extn. goes to free status to do other things.
Pick
Up A Parked Call:
The parked call can be picked by any
other extn.
Call
Camp On:
If an extension is busy on line and
other extension intends to transfer another call to the same
extension, use camp on feature.
Call
Waiting:
If you do not want to teriminate your
present call while another call is camped on your extension
then with this feature, you can alternatively talk to both the
parties.
Add-On
Conference:
This systems will allow simultaneous
conference between the extensions or between extensions &
P&T Lines. (Max.parties are limited to 5 on conference mode.)
Alarm
Clock:
Each extension can set its own alarm
for a preset time.
Paging:
If Paging system (amplifier system)
is connected to the exchange each extension can use paging facility.
Direct
Line Access:
This feature can help the user to
pick up a particular line connected to the system.
Local/ISD/STD
Restriction:
This
powerful feature can help organisation
to allow/disallow, Local/STD/ISD facility at different extns.
Printer
Interface:
This feature allows printer to be
attached to the system to monitor both incoming as well as outgoing
calls from any extensions.
